One-on-Ones
One-on-Ones are meetings individually tailored to the needs of the client.
In addition to the scheduled meetings, Dr. Blatt provides in-person and online assessments, regular check-ins, and original sport psychology worksheets.
Dr. Blatt believes in a collaborative goal-oriented style of communication, which promotes change and commitment among clients. These mental performance sessions include various topics such as:

Team Building
Team Building sessions are group sessions aimed to target specific needs of the team.
Together with graduate degrees in social and sport psychology, and team-oriented research avenues, Dr. Blatt developed an innovative program to boost team coordination and performance. The program consists of regular group meetings with athletes, advanced team assessments, worksheets, coach development, and more.
Dr. Blatt typically works with teams over the period of a year or a season to establish various team elements, such as:

Sport Psychology Workshops
The workshops are designed for athletes, trainers, coaches, students, clubs, and organizations who wish to engage in key psychological skills that boost mental performance.
Dr. Blatt's workshops are accompanied by a presentation and follow-up worksheets.
Nominated by students for the university-wide award for excellence in teaching at Florida State University (2019-2020), and experience in lecturing at sports organizations (i.e., Barca Innovation Hub), Dr. Blatt offers the following workshops:
